1. Log into the tenant portal
2. Click Requests
3. Click Create Request
4. Select Maintenance Request
5. Describe the issue and upload photos if possible
6. Click Submit Request
Emergency Maintenance
If you experience a true emergency, please call us immediately.
Examples of emergencies:
• Active water leak or flooding
• No heat during freezing temperatures
• Gas smell
• Electrical hazards
• Fire
